• The company has transferred its remaining 543,248 equity shares, representing 11% of the paid-up equity share capital of Texas Lifesciences Private Limited (TLPL), to existing shareholders of TLPL. • The transaction was completed on 8 July 2026 for an aggregate consideration of INR 23 million. • Following the transfer, Hester Biosciences' shareholding in TLPL is reduced from 11% to Nil.
