GODREJ PROPERTIES LTD: NCLT SANCTIONS SCHEME OF AMALGAMATION OF EMBELLISH HOUSES PVT. LTD. WITH GODREJ PROPERTIES LTD.
• The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai, has pronounced the order sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of Embellish Houses Private Limited with Godrej Properties Limited. • The order was pronounced on July 8, 2026. • The Scheme will become effective upon the certified order of the NCLT being received and filed by both companies with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. • Godrej Properties Limited will intimate the stock exchanges about the effective date of the Scheme.
