CONCORD ENVIRO SYSTEMS LIMITED : INVESTMENT IN ROCHEM SEPARATION SYSTEMS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED

• Concord Enviro Systems Limited has made further investment of ₹10,53,55,536.40 by subscribing to 3448 equity shares of ₹100 each at an issue price of ₹30,555.55 per share in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Rochem Separation Systems (India) Private Limited (RSSIPL). • The investment is pursuant to the objects of the IPO and is intended to finance the capital expenditure requirements for RSSIPL's brownfield expansion project at Vasai. • RSSIPL is engaged in manufacturing water treatment systems, water pollution control equipment, bio filters, resource recovery systems, and operational and maintenance services. • RSSIPL's latest financial information shows a turnover of ₹402.08 Cr and Networth of ₹152.78 Cr for FY26. • The transaction is at arms' length terms and RSSIPL is part of the promoter group companies.
