PC JEWELLER LIMITED : UPDATE ON CLEARANCE OF OUTSTANDING DEBT
• The company today cleared and repaid all its outstanding debt under the terms of a settlement agreement dated September 30, 2024, with respect to one more bank. • This clearance of debt means the company has now repaid the outstanding debt of 3 out of the 14 consortium banks. • The company aims to achieve a debt-free status in the current quarter.
