PIRAMALFIN : BOARD MEETING ON JULY 16 TO CONSIDER UN-AUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS AND FUND RAISING
• The board of directors of Piramal Finance Limited will meet on Thursday, July 16, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. • The board will also consider a proposal for raising funds at an appropriate time through eligible securities via qualified institutions placement, rights issue, preferential allotment, private placement, or a combination thereof. • The company may also consider convening a shareholders' meeting to seek approval for the fund raising proposal via postal ballot. • The trading window for dealing in securities of the company has been closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives in accordance with SEBI PIT Regulations.
