LUX INDUSTRIES LIMITED : BRAND LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH RILUK IPCO LIMITED

• Lux Industries Limited's Vertical B entered into a Brand Licensing Agreement with RILUK IPCO Limited for exclusive rights to use "REEBOK" trademark in India. • The agreement grants Lux Industries exclusive rights within India to design, manufacture, and sell men's and women's innerwear and thermal wear. • The BLA is effective from the current year with an option to renew for ten years. • RILUK IPCO Limited is not a related party.
