• Gujarat Kidney and Superspeciality Limited has entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire 51% stake in Blue Tree Clinics LLC, a polyclinic based in Dubai, UAE. • The acquisition is for a consideration of Rs 19,83,64,500, payable in two tranches. • Blue Tree Clinics LLC is engaged in the business of plastic surgery, laser cosmetic, general dental clinic, and chiropractic center. • The target company's FY25 gross revenue was AED 10,538,978 and net profit was AED 31,38,809. • The acquisition aims to expand the company's business into a new geography and offer complementary services.
