BACIL: BOARD APPROVES RS 500 CR RIGHTS ISSUE
• Board approved a rights issue proposal to raise up to ₹500 Cr. • Approved increase in authorized share capital by ₹450 Cr to ₹650 Cr, subject to shareholder approval. • Appointed Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd. as Registrar for the rights issue. • Appointed Axis Bank Limited as Banker to the Issue. • Appointed Acuite Ratings & Research Limited as Monitoring Agency. • Accepted resignation of two Independent Directors: Mr. Dinesh Chander Notiyal and Ms. Avani Savjibhai Godhaniya. • Formed a Rights Issue Committee, chaired by Ms. Chaitali Kalpataru Shah. • Trading window to remain closed until 48 hours after outcome declaration. • Meeting commenced at 6:00 PM and concluded at 7:00 PM.
