• Acquisition of 7400 equity shares at Rs. 10 each, amounting to Rs. 74,000, in DBION Private Limited (formerly known as Sonitron Chemicals Private Limited) • Constitutes 74% of the paid-up equity share capital of DBION Private Limited • Acquisition in accordance with the Joint Venture Agreement entered into with Orgonew Private Limited • DBION Private Limited is now a subsidiary of the Company and the Joint Venture Company
