INTERISE TRUST : CIRCULAR REVISION UPDATE
• NHAI issues new circular dated July 8, 2026, stating the linking factor '1.641' for WPI series 2004-05 to WPI 2011-12 shall continue for user fee (toll) revision. • This applies to all existing Contract / Concession Agreements and future national highway projects. • The circular supersedes the previous one dated September 13, 2025. • This is in continuation to the earlier intimation dated October 24, 2025, regarding the revision in WPI linking factor. Impact: Circular issued by NHAI regarding user fee revision.
