• NCLT's order dated July 08, 2026, directs to convene meetings of Equity Shareholders & Unsecured Creditors and dispenses with the requirement of convening meetings of Secured Creditors. • The order also dispenses with the requirement of convening meetings of Equity Shareholders, Unsecured and Secured Creditors of the Resulting Company. • The order is available on the NCLT website (www.nclt.gov.in) and the company website (https://www.jacpl.co.in/investors). • Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Limited has received the order on July 09, 2026, allowing the First Motion Application for the Scheme of Arrangement. • Details about the meetings and notices will be submitted to the stock exchange(s) in due course.
