MAPLE INFRA INVIT : NHAI CIRCULAR REVISES WPI LINKING FACTOR
• NHAI has issued a circular dated July 8, 2026, retaining the linking factor of 1.641 for linking WPI series of 2004-05 to 2011-12 for revision of user fee. • This circular supersedes NHAI's earlier circular dated September 13, 2025. • The intimation is available on MIT's website.
