APOLLO MICRO SYSTEMS LIMITED : ACQUIRES 26.00% STAKE IN PREMIER EXPLOSIVES LIMITED

• Apollo Micro Systems Limited is making an open offer to acquire up to 1,39,77,911 equity shares of Premier Explosives Limited, representing 26.00% of the equity share capital. • The offer price is ₹698/- per equity share, aggregating to a total consideration of up to ₹975.66 crore. • The offer is pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated July 9, 2026, for the acquisition of 2,22,21,735 equity shares for ₹1,550 crore. • The Acquirer intends to become the promoter of the Target Company post-acquisition.
