• Inter-se transfer of 35,137 equity shares representing 1.03% of the total equity share capital of MKP MOBILITY LIMITED, by way of gift, from Mr. Jitesh Mahendrakumar Patodia to Mr. Anshay Jitesh Patodia. • The transferor and transferee are promoters of the company and immediate relatives. • The transaction falls under the exemption provided under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) & 10(1)(a)(ii) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. • The aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group will remain the same before and after the transfer. • Prior intimation submitted as per Regulation 10(5) of SEBI SAST Regulations.
