• Shayona Engineering Limited has received a purchase order from a domestic customer for supply of engineering components. • The consideration size of the purchase order is Rs. 1,70,45,100/-, including GST at 18%. • The name of the customer is withheld due to contractual confidentiality. • The order is for supply of engineering items with delivery as per buyer's schedule on FOR Site basis and payment within 7 days from acceptance of material. • The order is to be executed by July 30, 2026.
