• PT Aurogen Pharma Indonesia, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary, incorporated PT Auro Pharm Indonesia in Indonesia. • PT Auro Pharm Indonesia is a new, wholly owned step-down subsidiary. • The subsidiary is incorporated to undertake manufacturing operations in Indonesia. • The entity was incorporated on July 1, 2026, with approvals received on July 9, 2026. • The initial subscription to the share capital is IDR 20,000,000,000.
