3I INFOTECH : WINS RS 3 CR CONTRACT

• 3i Infotech (Thailand) Limited, a step-down subsidiary, received a contract from Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, Thailand. • The contract is for talent deployment covering Full Stack Development, Backend Development (Java), Frontend Development (Angular), DevOps Engineering, Quality Assurance / Test Automation Engineering, Business Analysis and Solution Architecture. • The agreement duration is 15 months, from June 24, 2026, to September 20, 2027. • The total contract value is THB 10,542,056.07 (approximately Rs. 3 crore), exclusive of applicable taxes. • The company is voluntarily disclosing this as the amount is below the materiality threshold.
