(IST). • Directors and Key Managerial Personnel present included Mohit Jindal (Chairman & Managing Director) and other directors. • Resolutions discussed included increase in Authorized Capital and preferential issue of convertible warrants. • Remote e-voting facility was available from July 6th to July 8th, 2026, with an extension for 15 minutes after the EGM conclusion. • No shareholder registered as a speaker and no queries were raised. • The results of the e-voting and the scrutinizer's report will be announced within two working days.
