LEMON TREE HOTELS : TERMINATES HOTEL OPERATING AGREEMENT
• Company terminated the License Agreement executed August 22, 2022, with M/s. HRK Hospitality (Owner) and M/s. Carnation Hotels Private Limited (Operator) • Termination is consequent to termination of Hotel Operating Agreement (HOA) between Owner and Operator dated August 22, 2022, for the hotel under the brand name "Lemon Tree Hotel, Hubli" • Termination letter issued July 10, 2026, to the Owner, on account of a material breach of the terms of the HOA • Termination becomes effective upon expiration of five (5) business days from the date of the termination letter • The termination of agreements does not have any material financial impact on the Company Impact: Neutral (Termination of a hotel operating agreement with no material financial impact stated.)
