• JSW Kolkata Outer Harbour Container Terminal Private Limited incorporated in India on 10th July, 2026. • The entity is a wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Infrastructure Limited. • The company has received a Letter of Award for Integrated Development of Outer Container Terminal & Berth no. 1 through 5 at Netaji Subhash Dock, Kolkata. • The LOA requires incorporation of a Special Purpose Vehicle to enter into a concession agreement. • Subscription to the memorandum of association was for 10,000 equity shares at ₹10 each, totaling ₹1,00,000. • JSWIL holds 100% shares of JSW Kolkata Outer Harbour.
