JBF INDUSTRIES : CIRP UPDATE AND EXTENSION GRANTED

• The Committee of Creditors (CoC) has decided to republish Form G and sought extension of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) period. • The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has permitted the aforesaid extension of CIRP period. • Form G has been published again and fresh Expressions of Interest are being invited. • A copy of the Form G and the written Order of the Hon'ble NCLT are attached. Impact: Neutral (Procedural update on CIRP extension and invitation for fresh EOI)
