• Committee approved allotment of 1,86,00,000 equity shares of face value ₹1 each at ₹2.80 per share. • Shares allotted to 3 non-promoter warrant holders upon receipt of balance 75% payment. • Total amount received Rs. 3,90,60,000 (₹3.91 Cr) for these warrants. • Previously, 8,85,00,000 warrants were allotted to 19 investors on preferential basis. • 3,04,00,000 equity shares were allotted to 9 warrant holders on June 29, 2026. • Remaining 3,95,00,000 warrants are outstanding.
