IRIS CLOTHINGS : STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 51% EQUITY SHARES OF INFINIA LIFESTYLE
• Iris Clothings Limited has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Mr. Harsh Vardhan Sarda and Mrs. Pooja Sarda for the acquisition of 51% equity shares in Infinia Lifestyle Private Limited. • The board of directors of Iris Clothings Limited had previously approved the acquisition on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. • The closing of the transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions precedent as per the SPA. • The disclosure will also be available on the company's website www.irisclothings.in.
