• Amalgamated Company and Amalgamating Company have filed the certified copy of the NCLT Order with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai. • The Scheme has become effective today, i.e. July 10, 2026 (Effective Date). • Amalgamating Company stands amalgamated with the Company and dissolved without being wound up. • Appointed Date of the Scheme is April 01, 2024.
