(“IKS Inc.”), a wholly-owned subsidiary, executed a subordination agreement dated July 10, 2026. • The agreement is with IKS Inc., Aquity Holdings, Inc., Aquity Solutions, LLC, Aquity Solutions India Private Limited and Axis Trustee Services Ltd. GIFT City Branch. • It is for subordination of intercompany debts and liabilities owed by IKS Inc., the Company, and their subsidiaries. • The Intercompany Debt will rank subordinate to obligations of IKS Inc. under financing facilities aggregating up to USD 635,000,000. • The disclosure is available on the company's website at https://ikshealth.com/investor-relations/.
