EMCURE : CANADIAN STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% CLASS E SHARES OF MANTRA PHARMA
• Marcan Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Emcure's step-down subsidiary) will acquire 100% of Class E Special Shares of Mantra Pharma Inc. (Canada). • The acquisition is for an aggregate cash consideration of CAD 50 million. • Mantra Pharma operates in the Canadian prescription drugs and natural health products market, with FY26 revenue of CAD 96.67 million. • The acquisition is expected to be completed on July 3, 2026, subject to customary compliances.
