• Board approved issuance of 3,87,87,137 warrants on a preferential basis at ₹24.57 per warrant, aggregating up to ₹95.3 crore. • Total number of investors in this preferential issue is 6. • The tenure of Promoter Warrants will not exceed 18 months and Non-Promoter Warrants will not exceed 12 months from allotment. • The issue price of ₹24.57 per warrant is equal to the floor price determined as per ICDR Regulations.
