• Board of Directors noted the request from promoters seeking reclassification from 'Promoter Group' to 'Public' category. • The request was made in terms of Regulation 31 A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. • After deliberation, the Board decided not to approve the request at this stage. • The decision considered the company's current liquidity challenges and repayment status. • Discussions with the proposed investor and ongoing revival efforts were also taken into account.
