ANLON HEALTHCARE LIMITED: ANLON BIOLOGICS PRIVATE LIMITED ACQUIRES 100% SHARE CAPITAL OF TARGET
• "ANLON BIOLOGICS PRIVATE LIMITED" incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary. • The subsidiary is incorporated for the development and manufacture of peptides, biosimilars, biological compositions and allied products. • Anlon Healthcare Limited holds 65% of the share capital of ANLON BIOLOGICS PRIVATE LIMITED, i.e. 65,000 equity shares of face value ₹10/- • The incorporation is effective from July 10, 2026.
