PRIME FOCUS LIMITED : CIRP CLOSED; MORATORIUM LIFTED

• Closure of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and discharge of the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) pursuant to the oral pronouncement of the Hon'ble NCLAT dated July 10, 2026. • The Hon'ble NCLAT allowed the appeal, set aside the admission order dated May 6, 2026, closed the CIRP against the Company and discharged the IRP. • The moratorium under Section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 stands lifted, and the powers of the Board of Directors of the Company stand fully restored. • The Company continues to operate in the ordinary course. • Impact: Copy of the order is awaited.
