SIS LIMITED : ACQUISITION OF EQUITY SHARES OF UPDATER SERVICES LIMITED

• SIS Limited has acquired an additional 3,37,957 equity shares of Updater Services Limited ("UDS") • The acquisition brings the aggregate shareholding in UDS to 38,01,430 equity shares, representing 5.68% of UDS's paid-up equity share capital • The details of the acquisition are provided as per SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, in Annexure-A • UDS operates in the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Business Support Services (BSS) industry • Turnover of UDS for FY26 was INR 1,762.41 crore; for FY25 was INR 1,591.73 crore; and for FY24 was INR 1,417.12 crore • The cost of acquisition for these shares was INR 6.67 crore
