KALPATARU LIMITED : DISCLOSURE RE ASSESSMENT ORDER BY MSEDCL

(KRVL), a wholly owned subsidiary, had challenged the provisional order via a Writ Petition. • The Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, in an order dated July 9, 2026, directed KRVL to deposit 50% of the assessed amount within three weeks, with KRVL evaluating remedies and believing the demand is without legal basis.
