SAB EVENTS & GOVERNANCE NOW MEDIA LIMITED : NCLT APPROVES RESOLUTION PLAN

• The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has approved the Resolution Plan for SAB Events & Governance Now Media Limited. • The plan was approved under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, via pre-packaged insolvency resolution process (PPIRP). • The approval follows the Hon'ble NCLT's order on July 10, 2026, which sanctioned the resolution plan. • This plan involves the amalgamation of Sri Adhikari Brothers Digital Network Private Limited with SAB Events & Governance Now Media Limited. • The NCLT order is binding on all stakeholders and aims for the revival of the company as a going concern.
