• Board approved the disposal of vacant land measuring 227.7 cents (2.277 acres) at Manjankaranai Village, Uthukottai Taluk, Tiruvallur District, Tamilnadu. • Sale is to an identified purchaser who are not related parties for a total consideration of ₹300 lakhs (Rupees Three Hundred Lakhs). • Board took on record the consent accorded by shareholders through Postal Ballot and Electronic Voting and the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
