• The Company's order for an Incinerator Package from CC7 Emirates Engineering Solutions L.L.C., UAE for TA'ZIZ Salt Project has been cancelled. • The cancellation is due to not receiving approval from the project licensor, a mandatory requirement for performance and acceptance of the Goods under the Contract. • The order was originally received on June 8, 2026. • This cancellation will have no impact on declared revenue and associated profit. Impact: Neutral (Order cancellation does not impact revenue or profit)
