• HCLTech to acquire Guardian India, a Global Capability Centre with nearly 2,000 employees, for US$10.5 million. • Guardian India is a Technology & Operations GCC supporting Guardian's digital transformation and modernization. • Transaction includes 100% stake in Guardian India Operations Private Limited, to be completed by August 1, 2026.
