• Subsidiary Starmangalsutra Private Limited suffered financial loss of ~₹10.70 Cr due to fraud incident. • Incident involved unauthorized compromise of a company-issued mobile phone & laptop using deep-fake methodologies. • Employee processed fund transfers based on impersonated instructions. • Incident came to light on July 15, 2026; delay in disclosure due to verification process. • No indication of breach of Company's or Subsidiary's IT systems or customer data.
