• The company reported a consolidated net loss after tax of ₹2.14 Cr for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. • Standalone net loss after tax was also reported at ₹2.14 Cr for the same period. • Revenue from operations stood at ₹54.16 Cr for the consolidated results and ₹54.16 Cr for standalone. • Mr. Vimal Agarwal has been appointed as Internal Auditor for three years and Mr. Rajeev Goyal as Chairman of the Board. • Impact: Management changes announced.
