PC JEWELLER RAISED RS 1000 CR FUNDS FROM QIB @ PRICE/SHARE

• Board approved raising of funds up to RS 1,000 crore via Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) • Funds to be raised by issuing equity shares or other eligible securities in one or more tranches • Approves increase in authorized share capital to RS 1,460 crore by creation of 150 crore equity shares • Members' approval for capital hike and QIP to be sought through postal ballot
