SANSERA ENGINEERING : SETTLES US LITIGATION FOR $2 MN

• Company entered a Settlement Agreement with Metaldyne Powertrain Components Inc. to settle a civil suit filed in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. • The settlement amount is USD 2,000,000, payable by July 30, 2026, in full and final settlement of the lawsuit. • The Company has agreed to pay the settlement amount without any admission of liability. • The financial exposure is expected to be mitigated through insurance. • The litigation was previously disclosed in the Company's Prospectus dated September 17, 2021.
