• Company received rectification order from Income Tax Department on July 15, 2026, for AY 2020-21. • The order deletes the impugned tax demand of Rs. 22.10 crores in its entirety. • The company had preferred a rectification application against tax demands raised by the Income Tax Department. • The appeal on merit ground is being pursued before ITAT separately.
