CLEAN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY LTD : GENEUS CHEM AG PARTNERSHIP EXPANDS SPECIALTY CHEMICALS CAPABILITIES
• Wholly owned subsidiary, Clean-Fino Chem Limited, entered into definitive agreements for a long-term strategic collaboration with Geneus Chem AG (Switzerland). • Clean-Fino Chem will manufacture advanced grades of HALS Products for Geneus Chem AG on an exclusive worldwide basis. • Geneus Chem AG to issue warrants to Clean-Fino Chem, exercisable within four years, for a nominal price per share, entitling Clean-Fino Chem to 25% of Geneus Chem AG's share capital. • No governmental or regulatory approvals are required for the proposed acquisition of GC. • Lodha Capital Markets Ltd was the financial advisor and AZB & Partners was the legal advisor.
