CYIENT COMPLETES BUYBACK OF 64 LAKH EQUITY SHARES WORTH RS 720 CR
• Cyient Limited extinguished 64,00,000 equity shares bought back at INR 1,125 per share for an aggregate consideration of INR 720,00,00,000. • The buyback was undertaken through the tender offer route in accordance with SEBI (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018. • Equity share capital reduced from 11,11,41,804 shares to 10,47,41,804 shares post extinguishment. • Annexures include shareholding pattern and certificate of extinguishment from National Securities Depository Limited.
