LEMON TREE HOTELS : TERMINATES HOTEL OPERATING AGREEMENT
• Company has terminated the License Agreement dated September 08, 2022 and addendum thereof, amongst the Company, Hotel Le Jardin (Owner) and M/s. Carnation Hotels Private Limited (Operator). • Termination follows termination of Hotel Operating Agreement (HOA) & addendum thereof. • Termination relates to Lemon Tree Hotel, Erode, Tamil Nadu (65 rooms). • Termination letter dated July 16, 2026 was issued to the Owner on account of material breach of the HOA terms. • Termination becomes effective upon the expiration of five (5) business days from the date of the termination letter. • The termination of the agreements does not have any material financial impact on the Company. Impact: Neutral (Termination of agreement with no material financial impact)
