• Private Limited Company in the name of RHIM KHEMKA MINPRO PRIVATE LIMITED has been incorporated. • The Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, on July 16, 2026. • The joint venture company will bundle industrial minerals and refractory recycling activities. • RHI Magnesita India Limited is subscribing 10,000 equity shares of Re 1/- each by paying in cash. • RHI Magnesita India Limited will hold 100% at incorporation; Khemka will subscribe to 49% shareholding in a subsequent step.
