ADANI ENTERPRISES: INDIA STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% ORDINARY SHARES OF FLIGHT SIMULATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD
• Adani Defence Systems & Technologies Limited (ADSTL), a wholly-owned subsidiary, has signed an SPA to acquire the remaining 44.6% stake in Flight Simulation Solutions Private Limited (FSSPL). • Upon completion, ADSTL's stake in FSSPL will increase from 55.40% to 100%, making FSSPL a wholly-owned subsidiary. • ADSTL's effective stake in FSTC, a subsidiary of FSSPL, will increase from 72.80% to 100%. • The acquisition is part of ADSTL's objective to expand its footprint in the Aviation Services industry. • Indicative time period for completion is within 2 months.
