FEDERAL BANK : BOARD APPROVES RAISING RS 10,000 CRORES VIA DEBT INSTRUMENTS

• The bank's Board of Directors has approved raising funds up to ₹10,000 Crores. • Funds will be raised through various debt instruments such as AT1 bonds, Tier II bonds, long term bonds, Masala Bonds, Green Bonds, non-convertible debentures, or other debt securities. • The fundraising can be undertaken in domestic and/or overseas markets on a private placement basis, subject to necessary approvals.
