• The Bank signed a Share Purchase Agreement with MetLife International Holdings, LLC on July 17, 2026. • Sale of 1,02,47,348 equity shares constituting 0.50% of the paid-up share capital of PNB MetLife to MetLife International Holdings, LLC. • The transaction is for ₹117.20 per equity share, aggregating to ₹120.10 crore. • The parties are not related, and the transaction is at arm's length. • Shares are fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of INR 10.
