RAILTEL : DISCLOSURE UNDER REGULATION 30 OF SEBI (LODR) REGULATIONS, 2015

• Disclosure as per SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure. • 3i Infotech Limited (Claimant) Vs. RailTel Corporation of India Limited (Respondent) in Arbitration Tribunal. • Work Description: RailTel's Wi-Fi Monetisation Project was awarded to 3i-Infotech pursuant to an open and competitive bidding process. • Dispute Details: RailTel had to terminate the Contract lawfully and strictly in accordance with its terms and conditions of the Tender. Whereas M/s 3i Infotech Limited invoked arbitration in response to RailTel's termination notice. • Claim amount is Rs. 60.26 Crore and Counter Claim amount is Rs. 91.34 Crore. • Expected financial implications will depend upon the final adjudication of disputes/claims.
