STL : LAUNCHES CONCAT SOLUTION IN US
• A US subsidiary, STL Optical Connectivity NA, LLC, announced the launch of its new advanced FTTH solution, CONCAT. • The solution was launched after completing field trials on the networks of one of the largest telecom service providers in the United States. • CONCAT is available to digital infrastructure providers for faster fiber rollouts with reduced deployment complexity and labor, enabling up to 71% in labor cost savings. • The solution features a concatenated, pre-connectorized MPO-to-LC cable assembly integrated with a versatile enclosure and cassette architecture, supporting aerial and duct deployments. • Ryan Chappell, VP of Connectivity, STL, stated the solution is engineered for the US broadband market's pressure to build faster, at lower cost, and with fewer skilled labor constraints.
